Brisk warden at check in.couldnt be bothered to say 1 toilet block closed.assume with 6 names by reception they still didn't want to clean 2 blocks.neither ladies or gents could be described as warm any time we went in.
Whole site looks uncared for and tatty,yes I realise it winter but could look a lot better.
Its handy for motorways etc.break journies is only reason to stay.
Staff could learn a lot from wardens at baltic wharf.bristol on how to run a site.
