Our first visit to Cirencester but not the last! This is a lovely site in a very picturesque part of the Cotswolds and as such is very peaceful, with the opportunity to visit the historical town. The site is well laid out and the wardens were super! Spotless toilet blocks so can't fault the site in any way. Town is in walking distance through the tree lined park. There are lovely shops in the town and it's got a good sized supermarket 5 minutes walk from centre. Should you decide to walk but need transport back (it's a bit uphill) the taxi service A2B took us to the site for only £3.10 which I think is cheaper than trying to park in the town. A word of caution, the parking attendants are very keen in the town so park with care. They are everywhere! Other than that it was a fabulous few days and we look forward to our next visit soon. Recommended....I definitely think so!
