Will visit again

Just returned from the most recent of several visits and certainly I will be visiting again, but if I am honest that would be mostly down to the location and it's convenience for me rather than the site experience. Ref previous reviews I too had the parking issue on arrival. Basic problem in that the arrivals lane really only has room for one decent sized outfit and if that is full you have no choice to park on the other side of a site road. Not really causing any obstruction but I too had a slightly brusque 'don't get out of your car until you have moved up' shout from the reception. I can see it's a problem for staff at really busy times but there were only two outfits on a very wet Thursday in late September, bit of common sense and elasticity in 'rules' might be welcome. Otherwise staff were business like and efficient without really being welcoming and friendly. But it's subjective and we can't all be 'Bessies', can we?. Just a slight issue with manor and customer services issues to my mind. Lovely site. Nice pitches. Quiet, at least out of high season. Wet! Over six or seven years of visiting I have never left without wringing out underclothes at least once. But this is Snowdonia! Facilities? Ok at quiet times but not overly numerate and a bit old fashioned and cramped. Expect to wear your shower curtain as a toga! But the Scenery!..... Well worth a visit.
