Arrived and the staff were really friendly. Chatted for a while and then found a beautiful pitch. Really level. Went for a meal in the local pub which was really good value and literally across the road from the entrance to the site with a big beer garden and dog-friendly. Site has access to a circular walk to Trawsfynydd - didn't do it this time but have done it before and it is well worth doing. We walked out from the site and to a waterfall which was beautiful - only saw a handful of people all day. Facilities were good and clean and the site was really well presented. We will definitely use again - great if you are coming up from South Wales or down from the North as a stopover or extend you stay for access to the amazing scenery and activities that are in Snowdonia.
