Stayed on site for 8 nights last week and we had a great time! The site staff were very helpful on arrival and although we didn't need any assistance, I'm sure they would have been more than obliging. The pitches all seem to be a good size, but slope usually in at least two directions. It's not a problem but make sure you have levelling blocks, you will need them! The facilities are excellent and access to the lake is very easy via a track. There are sheep in the adjacent fields though so dogs really do need to be kept on leads, for their own safety as well as for the sheeps. TV signal was atrocious at times, even when hooked up to the plug on the mains post. I guess it's just the area and being in a wood! Great site and would definitely stay there again. Oh, the roads in and out of the village are tight and you do get coaches as well as local traffic, including tractors. Good fun but a bit scary at times!
