We had our first trip to this site in August, plenty of kids around but because of the spread out nature it was hardly noticeable. There are some lovely secluded pitches but chose carefully due to the likelihood of rain most of the time some of the pitches have a very poor surface and allow the water to pool or run through like a river. This made the use of our awning almost unusable for most of the week. Plenty of walking required to get to the facility blocks (not a problem for us) and they were spotless even though you are in an outdoor environment. Overall would choose this site again but the club needs to put some effort into pitch maintenance.
