We were the second arrival of the 2015 season. We were greeted very warmly by the wardens who had the site well and truly up and running. We were on a serviced pitch which was very nice - wish more sites had them. The weather was very much on the cold side but the loo block wad lovely and warm and the showers very powerful and clean, except on a couple of occasions when it was purely down to inconsiderate members who couldn't be bothered to clean up after themselves- such a shame when the wardens work so hard. The location of the site was great to getting to places. We had a meal at The White Horse at Bilsington - 6 miles away from the site but well worth it. Be warned! Don't have a starter course!! The portion sizes are massive and beautifully cooked. Certainly a site we would return to
