We stayed at Dunnet Bay for 8 nights over the Easter holidays. The site was very well maintained by the lovely, friendly wardens. Nothing was too much trouble for them including helping us find an emergency dog groomer when our dog got too close to a dead seal on the beach!! The wardens were always friendly even when they were having to deal with malicious damage in the laundry room. The children and dogs had a fabulous time on the beach which is right behind the site. The site is grass pitch only and due to its location it can be prone to strong winds but it is the most idyllic site we’ve stayed on in all the years we have been caravanning. It is ideal for touring the north of Scotland, the Castle of Mey and the Orkneys. It was an ideal place to spend my big birthday, unwind and relax. We hope to return before to long. Thanks Mel & Bev.
