Has the member never heard of Google or Trip Advisor ? I doubt whether a knowledge of pubs is part of a Wardens job description

Not unusual for sites to have a list of nearby restaurants and pubs in the information centre. We also had issues with the wardens. We object to being told that clothes on a rotary dryer are a fire hazard. Twaddle!

Totally agree about the wardens. I said good morning to one of the lady wardens who just ignored me, despite looking straight at me. The other one gave me such a lecture at booking in that she made me  feel like a 5 year old. When I pointed out that I had a German motorhome and therefore always parked front in to make sure we weren't canvas to canvas she just replied she'd been doing the job 17 years. Simple retrain or replace!
