We have stayed here on several occasions over the years, in both caravan and currently motorhome, it is a shame the bus service is not more regular as we did not do the intended visit to Dunster this time. The current wardens work hard to keep this site spotless and it is one of the best CC sites we have visited. Our visit was over the end of May bank holiday weekend and although very busy it was still peaceful, in tip top condition and superbly clean. Keen walkers will love the location and I note that if you do not have transport there is the Moor Rover minibus service available. No visit would be quite the same without a meal at Woods we had a perfect Sunday lunch, booking always advisable as are tables at the Bridge Inn. We will be back and we hope you enjoy your stay too. Thank you wardens
Top Site
Dulverton and Exmoor House amounts to our second home. We visit this site two to three times a year. It is a fantastic site and place. We feel so at home here even some of the locals recognise us and talk to us. The site itself has got to be one of the best on the system. We love it here. Cannot recommend it enough.
Our annual visit.
We have visited this site for many years usually in early May, we use it as a test run after annual service, and before heading over to France in June. We find it a relaxing, clean & very well run site. Big problem this year was the diversion back to Tiverton, be warned.

Second visit and not disappointed
We love this site, easy access to Tarr Steps and Exmoor, Minehead and so much more. With the added advantage of having a shop and pub in walking distance, it's as good as it gets. This is our second visit to this site and we will be returning next year. Only warning do not arrive early, if you were to meet a rig going in the opposite direction would need to rely on reversing skills. This aside it was great.

Everything you need and more!
Just returned from a Bank Holiday weekend at Exmoor House. This is the first time that we have caravanned since my wife became disabled, so it was different. The site has great facilities and is an easy, level walk into Dulverton, which is very pretty. Passing the Bridge Inn on the way was a bonus (good food and real ale). Friendly, quiet and with great facilities, just go there! We'll be back. We had a great weekend touring Exmoor in our classic car with the roof down.
Being disabled was no bar to using this site and we recommend it.
peaceful site
Just returned from our first visit here, and will defiantly be back. Our stay took in the early may bank holiday, and while over the weekend the site was full come Tuesday it took on a more relaxed feel. We have stayed at lakeside in the past so know the area well. What is so nice about Exmoor house is the location ,how well the wardens look after the site, everything was immaculate and they are friendly and helpful. Lovely walks right on your doorstep.Dulverton has just about all you will need 5 mins walk away. An absolute gem of a site.
One of the best sites we know
We have stayed here several times, the last being a week in April 2016. It is a quiet site on the river Barle yet only three minutes walk from the town shops. There are at least a weeks worth of lovely walks from the site so there really is no need to move your 'van at all if you don't want to.
The amenities are very clean and the site has an easy going feel about it. The wardens are very helpful and friendly.

Short break
Stayed for two nights, we live in north Devon so nice and close. Ideal location for walking on Exmoor, local shops and pubs very handy. Thai restaurant a must. The site is flat and well laid out. Toilet blocks immaculate and the wardens extremely friendly. We will be back
Exmoor House Spring break
Stretching the facts a little bit to say there is a view of the river; it's over a wall. A very nice, quiet site, easy to get to and a short walk to the village Co-Op shop and other facilities. Lovely walks from the site. Wouldn't say it was good for families unless they are walkers. Would certainly visit again for Exmoor.
Relaxing
Site is located next to the town of Dulverton, which has a few good shops and pubs, (so handy if your a motorhomer without extra transport). Staff were friendly and efficient. good walking direct from the site and the site is also handy for Dunster Castle, which is well worth a visit.
