Exmoor Ecstasy

All large level hard standing pitches and some serviced surrounded by woodland, the River Barle and historic Dulverton. Two excellent shower blocks. Good boosted tv reception and mobile and wifi. A well kept delightful site by 2 of the best wardens who clearly love their job. The town is an absolute delight and offers lots of browsing opportunities as well as good places to eat catering for a range of culinary tastes and a local coop should you need groceries. A gentle stroll through the woods takes you to Marsh Bridge tearoom where the cream teas must be sampled - freshly baked scones still warm from the oven. Another gentle stroll along the road and beside the river brings you back to the campsite. Also worth visiting are the Heritage Centre - a mine of information about the town and its history and the model railway display. A walk to the weir and the information leaflet add more insight into the town’s history. Our return is guaranteed.
