We were recommended to this site and how pleased we are to have visited. We arrived to find we only had a choice of 3 pitches. We chose our pitch but found it wasn’t the best for us. We asked the warden if we could move the following day once some guests had left and were told absolutely no problem. We sometimes find wardens not so accommodating of such a request. The facilities were spotless, never had to wait in the toilets and showers and on the whole the site was so friendly. Dulverton is lovely with good pubs, eating places and tea rooms. Had a number of cream teas, the best we felt at Hignam and well worth the walk to get there, but closely followed by the Copper Kettle. Will definitely return again. The wardens were excellent.
