Confused

We arrived on Sunday 5th sep for five nights the web site showed the site was going to be full for the first two nights so expected difficulty finding a good pitch. Surprised when driving round the site it was half empty and didn’t fill up either on the Sunday or the Monday nights. Can someone explain why the site is showing full when it was only half full stopping other members from booking. This is not the first time we have come across this. Who is marking sites as full when they are not ? One of our favourite sites , excellent for walking the dog, but it is not acceptable to stop members booking a pitch when there are dozens available.

Probably because both toilet blocks were out of order. We stayed there 3 nights and after the first night we had no facilities. We left on 5th and unblocking team due that afternoon though I suspect if both sides were shut it would  hav e affwcted road

I have complained to the club as at their prices I expect an immediate call out with unblocking contract and when both sites out portaloo replacements.

I was also annoyed at the female warden. When we walked east side after the initial west side blockage the gents were closed for cleaning. Her attitude to my husband he would have to wait. Apart from the stupidity of closing both sides at once she only reluctantly opened the disabled loo for him after considerable pressure.

The site was showing full - because both toilet blocks had to be closed the staff had to avoid any more bookings on the site until they knew the situation had been resolved. The closure of the East toilets was done because of the stupidity of someone throwing tennis balls down the CCEP and subsequently they got stuck in the sewage pumps blocking them.
