Usually stay at CL's but went for this site as no suitable CL nearby. As mentioned no check-in before 12.50 so arrived about then, first come first served. Arrive any earlier and you'll just get in the way queuing. Not sure why people say the access to Hawes is tight, seemed plenty of room whichever way you came. Got a great pitch no 38, did need a levelling block but I was being a bit picky. Found the wardens super helpful, don't understand why people have problems - maybe look in a mirror and you'll find the answer. The site itself is super clean, great block for facilities, never felt crowded and really good neighours for the 5 nights I stayed. For the price I paid it really cannot be faulted. What was also really good was a big field and wood for secure dog walking, great for that late evening walk knowing the dogs can't run off!! All in all brilliant, thoroughly recommend.
