Yet again I find myself astounded at the rudeness of caravan club site staff. I rang to ask whether there was any leeway with arrival times due to my work shift pattern and receive a rude response. Even offering to pay for an extra day so I could arrive early on the second day was not an option. The site was empty and the pitch booked so what was the big issue? I have done this at many other uk sites with no issues but clearly not here. Besides the rude staff the site is faced with constant noise from the road and a busy farm/industrial site and the staff thought it a great idea to be cutting hedges etc every morning of my stay from 9am. Don’t bring children here as there is nothing for them to do and I’m sure they would incur the wroth of the caravan club fun police. I won’t be returning.
