Great lakes walking stay
This is a lovely peaceful wooded caravan site. Nice friendly wardens and with easy access in and out of the site. Really nice dog walk from site across a wooden bridge then left along the river side where we sat on the river bank and just watched the world go by. We had a drive to Ambleside which was about 25 minutes away from the site and went up Loughrigg fell which the views at the top were amazing. Good site to stay at for visiting different place in the lakes, would definitely stay here again.
