Slightly disappointed with the location of this site. As avid cyclists we would not consider cycling from this site as once off the approach road, the roads are extremely busy and used by heavy goods vehicles. Therefore to explore the area you need to use your car. Be aware the approach road to the site is very narrow in places and used by farm and safari park vehicles. The entrance to the site is slightly hidden and be careful you don’t drive to the safari entrance site marked by the re traffic light. Very quiet site, apart for the barking sea lions which added to the atmosphere. Shower block was reasonably clean. Band system to use toilets and showers seemed to work well. Pitches were spacious.
