We had been recommended by friends to visit this site so we booked 3 nights and have not been disappointed. Lovely and clean and the social distancing regulations dealt with perfectly. We were on pitch 29 just up from the reception and shower block. This pitch is back to back with pitches 59 and 60 and unfortunately the families on these pitches have let themselves down. They were still sat outside laughing and joking well after 1130 pm on Friday night that we had to go out and ask them to lower the noise. We weren't rude but they were not social distancing but all sat together and we couldn't hear ourselves think or sleep. Had their dog not woke us up at 7.00 am constantly barking then we would not have had to go off to bed early. They just showed no courtesy to anyone else which is a shame. Apart from that Julie and Carl couldn't do enough. We did tell them about our incident, which is the first we have ever had in all the time we've been members of the caravan club, and they are to be praised for the work they've put in.
