We stayed on this site from July 29th until 8th August 2017 and were glad to get away by the end of our time there. It wasn't helped by the weather which was atrocious but after reading the reviews on it prior to going we were looking forward to it. The wardens were the usual friendly type but the facilities are dated and need upgrading. The pitches are very small compared to proper Caravan Club site ones. We struggled to get our caravan and porch awning to fit onto ours. The caravan was parked to the extreme of one side of the pitch and the awning was right up to the other side. The grass badly needed cut but this wasn't helped by the terrible weather whilst there. This resulted in mud getting dragged into the awning everytime we came in. The photographs on the club website look great but do not give a true picture of the site. They make it look better than it is. Needless to say we won't be back.
