This is a lovely site well run by Steve, Anita and the crew. Although we stayed during a time when the facilities were unable to open I did see inside and they are clean and well maintained. There are numerous walks from the site, cycling is popular as is the local pub, The Crown, which is within a 10 minute walk. We used the bus to both Tavistock and Oakhampton which are both within half and hour. The owner Roger is very customer focused and Steve and Anita are the best hosts you could want - a far cry from some of the miseries you can get on club sites! We had a problem with the van mid-week and they bent over backwards to help us avoiding an early return home. Always happy to chat and full of local knowledge. We had a fantastic week and look forward to our return in September.
