Just returned home from a lovely 5 night stay here. We don’t usually go away over Bank Holidays but decided to give this site a try, as reviews said it was usually quiet and it was, despite being full. Easy access, warm welcome and nicely laid out. We were allocated a pitch, as the site was going to be full over the weekend and the pitches do vary in size, so probably a good move. We had a hard standing pitch, wide enough for caravan & car or awning. Nice area of grass between pitches and we had plenty of room, even once the site filled up on Good Friday. Facilities perfectly adequate - everything you need. Lovely friendly team who run the site, good pub in the village (do book) and easy access on to The Granite Way for cycling/walking. Will definitely return.
