Peaceful Malvern

Great site, well located in a very pleasant and interesting area. Site excellent. Very convenient storage - used to leave the caravan for a couple of weeks till our next visit. Saved a lot of fuel towing home (290 miles) and back again in 2 weeks. Nice and spacious, no crowding. Our type of site !

What a great site

Returned earlier this week from 3 nights at this site. Although nearly all the hard standings were full it was incredibly peaceful and the setting is great. Site was spotlessly clean and well maintained, staff brilliant and shower blocks very clean. I would have given this site 5 stars but for the fact that I found out I could have booked the C&C club site next door for £14.60 cheaper for three nights. Not the sites fault but time age concessions were brought in with the CC.

I love this site!

I love this site. It is always well maintained and the wardens have always been very helpful. It is also well placed for me between the Dorset coast (I fly in from Jersey and collect the motorhome from Dorset) and the Lake District. There are also lots of things to do in the area - a wide variety of Shows at the Three Counties Showground, lovely walking on the Malvern hills and lots of super villages to explore, along with Cathedrals, castles and rivers.

Another good stop

We use this site as a one night stop on our way further afield.  It is a good site with lots of space this year we visited slightly later so was not as busy. Wardens were helpful and friendly. Pitches are a good size.

Could not ask for better.

When I booked, there were no Hard-standing pitches left on Friday, so booked grass for one night then hard for other 6. When we arrived, asked staff if there were any cancels. At first they said no but leave it with us. 1/2 hr later one of the Wardens came to find us as I was walking up to Office with pitch number. Lo and behold a spare invalid spot was found. Staff could not be more helpful and toilet block was immaculate. Only very, very small gripe. Found water temp to hot and wasting energy. Staff explained that site had not been upgraded with H-C mixers so temp had to be kept at 63c. But on the point of the loo's really liked the 2-4 cleaning time for top block. Will revisit next year. Once again thanks for making a relaxing week.

a great site

Ok we only stayed 1 night but we found the staff very friendly. The facilities were very clean even after heavy rain for most of the day.The site is big but you get peace and quiet. Some pitches on the lower field did have puddles after the rain,If you heard it's going to rain for a few days while your there choose you pitch accordingly or don't put up your awnings.Dont have a go at the staff. use common sense

A little piece of heaven

In the shadows of the Malvern Hills and only five miles from the centre of the beautiful town of Great Malvern this lovely, peaceful site is easily accessible and well placed for trips out and about in the beautiful English countryside. The facilities are first class and the site kept in great condition with surprisingly little disturbance from the machinery needed to keeping it so well maintained. Really friendly staff doing a great job. We loved it here and will definitely return.

Dogs and CC

Too many dog owners one having 3. Yapping dogs annoying, they seem to be taking over the club. Hope there is a charge for them.

A pretty good site

The site is very well located at the front of the Malvern Hills being within about 1 mile of a pretty hamlet with a pub. It is well positioned for cycling and only a few miles from Upton upon Seven. There are very good shower and toilet blocks however the there was a smell of drains from the shower wastes which shows a disappointing lack of attention. A further notable criticism was the poor Wi-Fi facility which - given the cost and in this day and age is unforgivable. Also take note that EE mobile phone signal is virtually non-existent. On the plus side, the site is well laid out and protected around the outskirts by mature trees – giving a high degree of privacy and scenic views to the hills. The site is enormous and is adjacent to an equally extensive Camping and Caravan club site - the access to which immediately precedes the entrance to this Caravan and Camping club site and despite signage is easily confused. The staff were very pleasant and overall the site can be strongly recommended.

September Vist

This was our second visit to the site, although the site was full there were no queues for the showers which is a bonus. I feel the site requires a second Motorhome Waste Point due to the amount of pitches it has. Good access to the local pub and a 40 minute stroll to the showground. Quality service from the wardens and a great weekend
