Beautiful site in stunning area

We arrived at this site to a lovely welcome from the Warden. Pitches are level and hard standing with electric etc. The only point is the shower block, which is slightly dated although beautifully clean at all times. The view was lovely from our pitch, and there are plenty of walks up to the Falls of Dochart and to Loch Tay. We walked through the wooded area, and were lucky enough to see a red squirrel scampering around. Killen is a small village with a Co-op and a couple of other shops including a gift shop. A nice touch from the Wardens is if you are walking or climbing anywhere they ask you to fill in a form asking where you are going and what time to expect you back. A very good idea in this sort of area - thank you. We could happily have stayed another couple of nights, but will definitely return at some point.
