An absolute gem

So glad we booked this site for our holiday. Gary and Debbie are fantastic wardens and so friendly. We arrived and immediately felt at home, so much so that we extended for a few days and Debbie organised it all, including changing the booking for the next site we were going to. The site is located just inland from Marazion and is beautiful, peaceful and sunny. We followed the instructions on the website to get there and arrived no problem. There are a couple of pubs at the nearby village of Goldsithney which seemed to be very busy so probably quite good, although we ate in the van each night. There is a fish and chip van which comes twice a week and had delicious, locally caught fish. The on-site shop is small but very well stocked and we bought local eggs there, as well as fruit scones. We cycled everywhere while we were there (and believe me, I am no cyclist). It is very easy to get to Marazion on a quiet country lane from the site, and then you can pick up the cycle route to Penzance and beyond. The beach at Marazion was very nice and we had a lovely light lunch at The Terrace in Penzance one day, and a delicious cream tea and visit to the Tremeneere Sculpture Gardens another. Massive thanks to Gary and Debbie, we loved it.
