The site is situated in a quiet backwater and is easily accessible even with a large outfit. No designated dog walk on the site but plenty of woods across the road from the site which are just the ticket. Most pitches are fairly level (no hardstandings) but there a couple that might be a tricky if the site was running at full capacity. The wardens, Garry and Debbie are some of the best we have met on our travels - friendly, helpful and happy to pass the time of day. Good location for travelling out to visit various places/walking SW Coastal Path. Easy walk into Marazion (about 25 mins) to visit St. Michael's Mount or just to wander round the village. All the usual facilities at Penzance or Helford in the other direction. It would be great if the club would consider installing a washing machine/tumble drier for those longer stays - especially during prolonged periods of wet weather!!
