This was one of the main sites that I had booked for my tour of south west Scotland. 5 nights here and could have stayed for another 5. Fortunately I had a pitch along the front at the far end, having driven round the site 3 times and not found anything suitable. Staff were friendly as you would expect and there were plenty of water points for my needs. It was nice to have a small shop as there is not really another shop for a few miles. Good that they took card and cash, unlike another club!!! The toilet block nearest me seemed to be small and wasn't sure if the number of showers/toilets would cope, but there was never any queue when I needed to use, so maybe they had that right. Altogether a lovely quiet site, with direct access to the beach and plenty of walks/cycle rides to fill yer boots.
