Nice Peaceful Site

We stayed here for 7 nights in May. Nice quiet site. We chose pitch number 44 which was nicely tucked away in the trees and backing onto the dog walk. This was great for walking the dog but we were unable to get any clear tv signal - with both aerial and satellite dish. Our own fault so if we returned we would pick a bit more wisely. We took the train from Grosmont to Goathland which was a really good day out. We chose to walk back from Goathland on the rail trail which was a fairly easy 3.5 mile walk. The train allows dogs for a small fee. If you have a dog we can also recommend the beach at Sandsend. Easy to walk down to and only 20 pence to park. If we were going back to the area we would probably stay here again.
