Booked for Easter Weekend Friday through to Sunday, arrived early to miss the M25 carpark. Parked on motorhome on the late arrivals pitch until the office opened at 9am. To say the welcome was cold would be an understatement. Lost count of the times the female warden said arriving early was unfair., offered to go away and come back later but eventually let through barrier. Luckily we had a hardstanding, the grass pitches in reality shouldn't have been open, waterlogged and vehicles dragging mud over the roadways. There weren't any facilities on site, showers/toilets etc but we were aware of that. It really was an oversized CL that should've been closed in the present conditions. We won't be revisiting and would've probably moved on to another site had it not been Easter weekend. Poor show from the CMHC, not what we've come to expect.
