We booked in here at the last minute whilst crossing on the Santander/Portsmouth ferry, as we had a problem with our vehicle and had booked into a Worthing garage the next day. The site is large, and peaceful when we visited. We had plenty of choice of where to pitch. It was surrounded by tall trees so that it was only the next day that I realised that we were very close to Worthing. The facilities were clean and well maintained, however it was only after we had hit the "confirm booking" button that we realised that there wasn't a toilet or shower block. We have a portapotti but no shower, which was a shame as we were visiting relatives in the area and arrived feeling a little scruffy. We felt that the site was overpriced considering the lack of facilities and because of the lack of a toilet/shower block, we didn't stay the second night that we originally booked. There was a little hut full of interesting information about the area and if you have your own toilet and shower, you could find plenty to do within a short distance, and enjoy a spacious, peaceful and pleasant site.
