We stayed for 4days and ran out of time to do all the things available. Great area for industrial archaeology-the drive from Llanfoist wharf over the Blorenge (you must stop at the site of Garn Ddyrys forge) to Blaenavon is stunning. We enjoyed a day out by train to Cardiff-so much to see and do, the waterfront and arcades are a delight. We also did a stunning local walk, and a round trip to Hay on Wye. Site clean and pleasant staff friendly and helpful,as usual on a club site.The railway line nearby was not a problem and added a little interest.
