This was our second visit it here and we love it, the wardens are very friendly and always on the go. The site is kept clean and tidy. The main railway runs along one side of the site which is in use 24hrs a day. We had a pitch (our choice) along side it but it did not bother us (The line is just higher than the roof of the van and shielded by trees) Last visit we had a pitch on the opposite side which the noise is less intrusive. Aside from this its a lovely quite site if you just want to put your feet up. There is a lovely dog walk which although we no longer take a dog we always walk it in the evening as it runs alongside a small river, shame its so short but cannot be made longer. I would not think it is very good if you have a family as although there is a play area fenced off for them there is no equipment for them to play on but as we do not fall into this category it is not a problem.I fully recommend this site and we will be back next year
