We used this site for the first time last year and decided it would be a good stop over point again this year on the way home from the the North East. I had booked a service pitch in order to be certain of a hardstanding. When we arrived there were plenty of empty standard hardstandings and the warden on reception suggested we could change if we wanted which we duly did and saved nearly £8. Good customer service, well done. Only other thing I would add is that I was pleased to see since our last visit the motorhome waste point has been converted to and open grill type which is so much more convenient to use.
