Was just a stop over ....

Stayed here on way back from Plymouth in August. We were the ones travelling in the monsoon style winds n rain and we’re pretty much exhausted and battered by the time we arrived. We had to do LNA.. which was great! Although it was on an incline haha!! Everyone sleep facing the barrier then hahaha! Only thing we found unusual was that there was security!! Actual officers patrolling ..Site staff pleasant and site easy to drive around. We stayed to the right of the barrier at the bottom and had a short walk up hill to the clean facilities. It was really windy so no awning. Play area a way from our pitch but was okay. It serves us well but for some reason we just didn’t gel with it. The site was down a winding road that proved quite narrow at some places and was a bit awkward to navigate around with a near 8m van. In our caravan diaries it scored in the “Good” section.... but perhaps the experience was overshadowed by the weather. 68/100. Location was worse rated for our personal needs as it felt a long way from places.
