We decided this year to use all fresh sites on our tour instead of our tried & tested old faithfuls. Ramslade was one of these 'new' sites for us & WOW what a find ...... Yes, as previously mentioned the last mile or so is narrow & we were a little apprehensive with a 26' motorhome towing a car but it was OK if you just take it steady, we have done worse. The wardens were very welcoming with lots of helpful ideas for dog friendly places to visit etc.... The pitches are divided into different areas grass only, hardstanding only & a mixture of both, some in full sun & some under the trees I'm sure a pitch to suit anyone. The facilities blocks were certainly the best I have seen on any club site up to date, clean, tidy & very modern with piped music a nice touch I think. The dog areas are important to us & they too are great with a well fenced field to play in. I am currently using the WIFI to write this review & that too is very good (for a club site!). The only negative on the site (& it may not be to many) is that mobile phone signal is virtually non existent however that is the only thing I can think of everything else is spot on. We will definitely be returning.
