Arrived for a 6 night stay for the Spring Bank week. All amenities spot on even though only 4 showers but didn't find this a problem as we never had to queue. Lovely little village of Betws Y Coed within 5 minutes walk with 3/4 pubs serving food. Ample walks both for the casual stroll and the more adventurous hiker, beautiful scenery. Only one concern to point out is the entrance road to the site could be a little tricky as the is also the entrance road to the golf course and also the parking area for the train station, please do not arrive before 1pm as advised as there is no allowance for 2 van/motor homes to pass. All in all a good relaxing stay will return. Caravan club could take a lesson from Morris Leisure's standards.
