I have been staying at this site for some 30 years! It has been very convenient for my many fly-fishing trips to the R. Avon. I have met many wardens over these years and have watched as the facilities have improved in line with other sites according to the clubs finances. The current wardens are amongst the best we have known and they keep the site immaculate, particularly the toilets. I wish I could say the same for certain members who consider it is their right to leave the toilets filthy. Only four days ago the disabled shower was full of mud, with muddy foot prints leading out, across the floor! Be aware of the speed hump, that has been put in place by the owner of the garage, alongside whose site members must travel in order to reach the site. Anything more than walking pace will shake up the inside of your caravan. This might, however, stop the speed maniacs that also visit!
