very nice clean site , we were on a very large serviced pitch , grass area could do with some updating (but this was late summer holidays) the bar and pool are excellent , good value and noice food , very friendly , pool was heated and well looked after by a life guard at all times . site staff are very good at what they do and keep the site spotless just would like them to be more friendlier (but we were there at a very busy bank holiday ) toilet block needs to be much larger to cope with the expansion of the site although always clean at all times , we ended up using our caravan shower most or time , two beaches a short walk around 20 mins cromer pier 25 mins walk with lots to do and large dog friendly beaches , very quiet at nite , will defiantly recommend this site to friends , but worth the extra money for the serviced pitches , we will go back soon
