Great location, peaceful and brilliant views from most of the site. However, given the Covid-19 situation, the site felt overcrowded, especially compared to other CMC and commercial sites. The list of available pitches we were given to choose from on arrival seemed incomplete. Other, flatter, pitches were definitely available. Another motorhome which arrived after us insisted on using one of these empty level pitches and was not asked to move. It is far easier to level a caravan than a motorhome! It's bad enough having to pay the same for a smaller pitch, without being offered the worst pitches too. I was also extremely disappointed to see that some CMC members are willing to visit a less expensive CMC site with no facilities and then to walk to the 5* commercial site next door to use their showers. Shame on you. Wardens should tell people this is not allowed.
