Good points - great location and very clean, amazing showers etc., Bad points - very far out from the town and no walking distance to anywhere. Need a car or you'll need to taxi everywhere. Unhelpful staff when hubby tried to buy gas at 5pm. Wouldn't sell as already cashed up despite offering to pay by cash or leave card details for sale to be processed in the morning, very unhelpful and didn't care if we didn't have gas for cooking or heating that evening, used to Caravan Club sites where peaceful after 10pm. Not the case here. Rowdy still at midnight from some caravans. Staff did a lottery bonus ball game. I won but only got £25 out of 60. Interestingly couldn't tell me where the other £35 was going as no charity advertised. Chatting to another caravan club member who also experienced difficulty with staff when trying to get her caravan club discount. Staff were also unhelpful and they had to fight to get the discount.
