We enjoyed a winter weekend over New Year and thoroughly enjoyed the location and facilities. The dogs enjoyed a long walk round the loch. The whole site is neat and spotlessly clean and the shower block very warm and comfortable. One niggle: the Motorhome service point features two waste drains [great for whichever side of your van the waste drains from] but the drains are sited on a raised tarmac mound which means any spillage drains away around it and collects in a puddle: frozen solid in winter of course, making it very icy along the front of the toilet block. There is of course a raised pavement. Surely, though, the drains would be better in a slight recess if anything? That's a minor thing, though, and overall it is a great site and well worth a short or long stay with all the great places nearby.
