This is a nice site but we didn’t enjoy our stay and, having booked five nights, left after two. Sadly the rules don’t seem to apply on the Club sites like they used to. We had people continually walking across our pitch as a shortcut to the toilets, walking their dogs and generally just being lazy, despite the Covid information asking people to social distance by not doing this. We saw dogs defecating on pitches, including ours. Maybe we were just unlucky to be there at the wrong time. The dog situation really needs to be looked at on this site and others we visited. As an earlier reviewer suggested, maybe dog free pitches and no dog walking areas could be considered. Perhaps then I’d feel comfortable allowing my grandchildren to sit on the grass and not feel I had to bin anything I dropped on my pitch!
