What a lovely site. Following a really friendly welcome, we were pitched within minutes and ready to start our short break. It felt a bit isolated, but with a couple of pubs and cafes within 100 metres of the site the sense of community was very evident. As you would expect, some fantastic walking especially as the weather was good. We really like these smaller sites with no shower blocks. They are much more relaxing and much better value than the larger sites. Let's hope we get more of these on the network soon. Have a great holiday!
