Lovely site

This is a lovely site but a lot of pitches suffer from lesser levels of sunlight due to the overgrown trees. You can be lucky and get a pitch that's in the sun for the whole day. We found that there are no markings on the shower taps and temperature controls which makes it difficult to choose which way to operate them. That's it so far as gripes go. The site is within a very pleasant walking distance to Sandringham house (for those who are capable) and there is the café and restaurant outside the formal gardens for those who do not wish to visit the house or gardens or those with dogs in tow. The amount of access in the estate is huge. Supermarkets are in abundance just outside King's Lynn and there is a medium sized Asda, with fuel station, even closer at South Wooton. The site shop has the basics and more, including Calor and those cream teas which are excellent value and rather tasty, you know. And not to forget the hard working staff who are brilliant.
