We stayed at Sandringham for four nights, this was our first visit to a CMC site in Norfolk. What a lovely site. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful wardens, such a warm welcome. We chose a hardsanding pitch but grass pitches were available. Pitches were of ample size. The site is set in woodland and is very well maintained. The shower/toilet blocks, although dated slightly are perfectly clean and the showers are great. Visit to Sandringham house is a must, if you want to be lazy, take your car, 5 mins drive or walk through the wood from the site, about 25 minutes for us. Great site, highly recommended. Only minor negative for us were the pigeons, we had our cat with us and the pigeons enjoyed mating and grouping on our roof from about 5am. They also took a liking to our brand new lightweight air awning roof, sometimes 3 or 4 sat on it, quickly moved off of course. Not the sites fault and expected as we are in woodland. We loved our stay in Norfolk and will be back.
