Stayed here over the  August bank holiday weekend and I have to say we were really impressed. Spotlessly clean and maintained with great size pitches. We opted for hard standing and backed directly onto the forest. Great location within easy reach of most tourist spots.  Shame no toilet/shower block but not a 'deal breaker' for this lovely site. Wardens are doing a brilliant job here.Â
Peaceful clean site
I always enjoy stopping on this site , its level clean quite, good walks, well cared for with pleasant hard working managers. A collection of essential  food stuffs for sale in reception, and some flower baskets with help your self herbs growing in them. Has good easy access, plenty of clean convenient service areas, lots of hard standing and grass pitches, Don't come to this site if you don't like dogs as 99% of campers have them
Only thing I don't like, is there is a lot less wild life than there used to be, haven't seen any deer this year and only one squirrel. Doesn't even seem to be as many birds as other years, although I did hear a Night-jar three nights running Â

Unwind & recharge
An amazingly  clean an well cared for site in the middle of glorious Thetford  forest. Peace &  quiet an lots wildlife. With the tranquil surroundings and extremly friendly an nothings too much trouble wardens. This site had top marks from us.
First timers..
Our first trip out to a club site to try out our new caravan. our expectations were exceeded at this site; immaculate, quiet and in a beautiful setting ideal for our two doggies. The wardens were very welcoming and we had a choice of pitch. Chose hard standing which was great except for when we realised we needed steel pegs to put up our awning - luckily the camp shop sold them! We really enjoyed walking the dogs in the forest and seeing the info about the Desert Rats; we were also lucky enough to spot a deer. Â Will definitely return for longer next time.

visited this site last week and was most impressed. The wardens have done a wonderful job here, site is immaculate, lots and lots of hanging baskets and everything in tip top order. A great welcome from the wardens and they could not have been more helpful. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Forest Site
Lovely quiet site conveniently situated in a forest. Nicely spaced out in glades for grass pitches and also plenty of hard standings on the outer ring road. We will be back
Top Drawer!
4 nights last weekend. This was our umpteenth visit and we will keep going back. Wardens are no nonsense and hard working. I've never seen so many hanging baskets and planters in one place. Absolutely gorgeous. It was harvest time so a bit of farm trailer noise etc. but hey, if you holiday in the country you get country noises. No facilities and we like it that way. Please don't arrive and then moan about the lack of a shower block. It's in the brochure so no excuses.
Just a wonderful wind down and recharge the batteries in an idyllic location. I even got to photograph a Roe deer feeding. What's not to like. See you next month.
great site
A great site .plenty of room quiet if you go when children are at school . dogs allowed . very helpful staff
have been before and will go again
you cant have everything you want as some people complained on your review sites about airplanes etc upsetting dogs .never heard fireworks but could have been a time when there was a concert on
We had our dog and were well pleased with site as plenty of places to walk with him
Not for nervous dogs!
Have stayed here before 3 years ago so thought we'd give it another go, but won't come again. Very pretty site. But not a site to come to if you have a nervous dog that is afraid of bangs, firework noises, jet aircraft etc. Had the same noise last time, sounds like a crop scaring birds off fields noise, but it starts at 5am. I don't really want to be woken at that time on holiday. Also, out on the board down by the tank is a notice board that warns of some sort of seasonal illness for dogs between August and November.
