First visit since refurbishment

This probably is our most visited club site and this was our first visit since the refurbishment and we were interested to see what had changed. First the toilet blocks, The insides have been totally re-modelled. The long entrance room has been halved and depending on which toilet block you are in has different rooms, there is a baby and toddler washroom, a family, washroom, a larger laundry room, and the drying room room is now entered from outside. In side the toilets everything has been taken out and replaced. The old two door system have been taken out and privacy cubicles and showers on one side, while toilet facilities on the other. There is new tiling and walling (very appealing) the showers hare still large enough with a changing area before the actual shower. All doors and basins are brand new. The dish washing areas and cassette emptying points are on the outside (but still covered) but have been moved around and larger. There are also dedicated disabled toilets now. The information and games room has been repainted and now has settees, comfy chairs and a large TV in there too. On site there are new full road width MHSP and a duel height barrier key fob receptor. Also the grass pitches are been converted to hard standing pitches. All the previous hard standing stones have been replaced and the site looks very good indeed. Also all the water and waste points have been replaced too. The only thing to watch out for is that on the service pitches there is a long run to the drain which is placed in the corner of the pitch, we needed about 6m of pipe. As usual the staff are friendly and efficient, toilets blocks are cleaned very well indeed and there are two different cleaning times. We had a fantastic ten days with some very chilly sub zero weather. A great job of the up-grade and I think this site now sets the standard for all other club sites to follow.
