We stayed her for just over a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy booking in process by the friendly and cheerful staff. We chose our own pitch from those recommended by the staff for the best views. The facilities are immaculate; fresh and clean. There is a bit of a journey to Keswick for restocking food etc but we just tied it in to a day out. Booths in Keswick iis the nearest supermarket. A must do is to go and sit on the bank of Derwentwater with a picnic and see where they filmed Swallows and Amazons. All in all, quite an expensive site but well worth it.
