I always enjoy Racecourse sites and this one was no exception. The facilities are great with each shower cubicle having its own little shower box - and it felt easier to keep the water at the right temperature. Wardens were great too. The surrounding area has plenty to do with NT properties etc etc - and Uttoxeter itself offers varied shopping including its own very new Waitrose. I haven't rated the family aspect because I haven't travelled with children for many years but I didn't see a play area. It was fun being there while racing was on too - although you would need to be careful about access if you aren't watching the races.
