Wonderful site

We are a family of 5 and stayed in August, so the site was at its busiest. It is in a lovely setting in the grounds of a chateau with so much for adults and children to do, or not to do if they choose. All the pitches are of a really generous size with water and waste included. We were in the newer section which still has some shade, but not as much as the older section. Depending on your preference, you can ask to be in either. The showers blocks are clean and modern, the atmosphere is really friendly and all in all, it is a superbly run site, by a very pleasant owner, Axel, who is always visible and actively tries to speak to the guests. There are two heated swimming pools, one only for swimming and general peace on one side of the chateau, and the other is covered with a good water slide. There is so much space to wonder about and the children can roam around safely. The courtyard has some excellent entertainment on offer, along with a good bar and restaurant. There is also an excellent adventure park (chargeable) which will also keep everyone active. The site is much more spacious than those nearer the coast but we found it very easy to get to the seaside when we managed to drag ourselves away. In summary, this is a very well run site and we would recommend it to couples and families alike.
