We visited several sites during our stay in France & this was by far the worst. I am puzzled that it has been referenced with the Caravan Club site. The site itself is really hard to find so us not at all 'ideally placed' ( only if you want to get lost). The staff around the site ( cleaning staff & bar) are friendly. Management & the desk appear to be busy all of the time. Internet is not readily available- there is one computer that is in the reception but not really useable for private use. The site is extremely noisy, don't get me wrong I don't mind a bit of noise but not at 1am then 2am for 2 nights on the trot right outside our van apparently by local lads who use the site as a social club. When we (quite politely given the circumstances) asked them to be quiet the response was 'suck my dick'. Lovely. On leaving the site we explained the problems we had encountered with these local lads.. the reception 'didn't have time' to deal with it but 'would phone me' (they didn't). Incidentally whilst we were trying to explain the issues a woman who we didn’t know piped up that her bikes had been stolen from outside her tent... but of course the receptionist 'had never heard of such things happening before...oh . really... We won't be returning. The only silver lining was the fact that we only booked 3 nights so was very well out of it within a couple of days.
